Mixed Cookies

A scrumptious treat…The cookie made with oats, cornflakes and semolina  makes it a healthy option for kids …



  • Dalda (Vegetable shortening) – 1/2 cup
  • Powdered sugar – 1/2 cup
  • Flour – 1/2 cup
  • Semolina – 1/2 cup
  • Oats – 1/2 cup
  • Cornflakes – 1/2 cup
  • Grated coconut – 1/2 cup


  1. In a deep bottomed bowl, mix the dalda and powdered sugar with a wooden spoon.
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients one by one and mix with your hand.
  3. Make small balls of the mixture.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 1800C for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove the baked cookies from the oven and let them cool for sometime .
